Yes, we do manage and elevate the experience of clients reputation. While we are not strictly a crisis management firm/agency, we do prioritize responding on behalf of our clients in the best way possible if and when there is a PR crisis at hand. We see it as an honor to want to work with our agency with a client who already has a manager. In our previous work, we have worked with clients with management and even other PR and our role is to creatively merge our efforts together to drive the best results for the brand/client. This is usually never an issue to have PR and a manager present and both parties work equally to ensure no roles or responsibilities are crossed for the most enjoyable working partnership.

Our team and founder Jasmine values updating clients each Friday at noon PM PST and we will update each client daily (every business week day morning) about the plans for the day. Please note that PR/partnerships are 24/7, so you can always email us at anytime. Our response times are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM PST. Please allow 1 to 2 business days for a response back and please keep in mind that our team is on a PST timezone. For our clients who are on different timezones in the US, we coordinate a schedule that works best for both parties. The same stands true for clients that are outside of the U.S. End of day reports are provided to each clients as well. You will always be in the loop in a timely manner and contacted directly about brand deals and interviews for press as they are provided.
